The traditional use of CAD software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks and similar products in design of Balustrading, stairs and other building products is widespread. All these programs work in such a way that you draw your design and then extract the sizes.
Balcony Systems has developed a new software program that simplifies the drawing process. All the system parameters of the two balcony systems have been pre entered into the program. The user enters the dimensions required as numbers and the program outputs the drawings.
The program allows easy changes to drawings without the lengthy requirement of redrawing the elements anew. The program is connected directly to the manufacturing machinery and once a drawing has been approved turns it into the direct cutting and manufacture lists.
Balcony System has invested greatly in advancing and improving manufacturing speed and accuracy and this program together with further investment in machinery has been done in preparation for the great surge in demand expected at the beginning of next year.
