Atlanta, GA July 2, 2008 -- Cadence Group®, an information and records management firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, is pleased to announce that Carolina (Carol) Ruiz Jordan, a records and information management (RIM) professional with more than 20 years of experience, has joined its team of 50 information professionals as a RIM consultant. In her new role, Carol will manage client deliverables, provide consulting, and conduct business development activities for Cadence Group's RIM practice.

Ms. Jordan has extensive RIM experience in the financial, manufacturing, public utility, and service provider sectors. She has provided RIM services including records management program design and implementation, retention scheduling, audit reviews, project management, and vendor management. Ms. Jordan has considerable expertise in document management solutions involving document conversion, microfilming and scanning, and software system design for imaging and records management applications as well as offsite record and file storage management. In addition, she has managed the startup and operation of commercial records centers.

Ms. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Spanish from Mississippi State University for Women. She is currently working towards Certified Records Manager (CRM) certification. She is active in the Association of Records Managers and Administrators International (ARMA) and is a past president of the San Antonio ARMA Chapter.
