You are invited to a public meeting by one of the oldest Koi societies in the country.
The Inland Koi Society is holding a public meeting at the Edward-Dean Museum and Gardens at 9401, Oak Glen Road, Cherry Valley, CA this Sunday, March 28. The time of the event is 2 p.m. The grounds of the venue houses a beautiful Koi pond, home to 15 Koi fish that is maintained by the Society (inlandkoisociety.org). Thus the venue is the perfect setting for Sundays public meeting that marks the resurgence of one of the oldest Koi societies in America. "We teach people how to treat the Koi as an animal and how to prepare a proper environment," said Jack, who comes from Redlands. All members of the public are invited to discover fascinating facts about this unique fish, the Koi. You may not know this, but the Koi can easily live for 30 years or longer if the conditions are right. This makes its lifespan much longer than most pet fishes.
Keeping Koi has many advantages. The serenity of a Koi pond with Koi fish is very therapeutic and the perfect way to relax at the end of the day.
