When used in conjunction with other CentralDispatch.com features, online contracts allow users to manage the entire vehicle transportation process online, in a single location. Managing contracts electronically greatly increases the speed and efficiency of the entire transportation process and centralizes record keeping, benefiting dealers, as well as auctions and carriers.
In the past, contracts were generally faxed back and forth between dealers and carriers, and there was no electronic copy of contracts. Contracts could also be sent digitally via email, but electronic signatures were not available, so the signatures still had to be faxed back and forth. CentralDispatch's new online contracts include electronic signatures, so faxes are no longer required to complete vehicle transportation.
Further, dealers can now have more control over the process by simply copying and pasting their own contracts on CentralDispatch.com. The new feature is fast and easy to use and contracts can now be managed in minutes, rather then hours or days. CentralDispatch strives to continually improve the speed and ease of managing vehicle transportation and the new feature is the latest advancement in continuous improvement for dealers, auctions and carriers.
