Orlando, FL May 27, 2008 -- ClearSky Mobile Media, Inc., a leading provider of managed services and content to wireless carriers, today announced a new long term contract with GUAMCELL to deploy its full suite of wireless content and data services. GUAMCELL, located in Tamuning, Guam is the first carrier that simultaneously operates both GSM and CDMA networks to implement ClearSky's comprehensive suite of services.

The terms of this multi-year agreement call for GUAMCELL to deploy ClearSky's complete, end-to-end solution that includes hosted WAP and MMS-C service, along with ProPortalTM, ProVantageTM, ProVisionTM, ProTrendsTM and RevShare integrated support systems. Taken together these products and services will enable GUAMCELL to boost its ARPU by offering its post- and pre-paid subscribers access to the mobile web, multi-media messaging, and downloadable content.
