With its flexible architecture, E360 is accessible offline or online, can be run on a corporate server or on a laptop, or both. And with the open source, standards-based JSP/Servlet Web app administrators retain full control of their data by storing document information in the database of their choice.

Extentech is releasing three versions of the product during 2008 starting with E360 Collaboration Edition -- available as a freely redistributable ad supported product. E360 Professional Edition will target Web developers and small businesses. And rounding out the lineup, E360 Enterprise Edition will boast complete access to spreadsheets from Java using the ExtenXLS SDK, and server-side data mapped spreadsheets with an embeddable AJAX charting engine.
