SB4.0 is to be held on October 10-12th, 2008 at Hong Kongs University of Science and Technology.
Synthetic biology is a new branch of bioengineering emphasizing technologies that involve the synthesis of important biological molecules, such as DNA. It has applications in bioenergy, drug production, medicine, and the development of new materials.
