London, United Kingdom July 7, 2008 -- Geo, a leading provider of dedicated fibre networks, today announced that BIS Ltd, a data centre and managed services specialist, has signed a 3-year contract with Geo to provide it with a diverse fibre route between three London data centres. This new connection will provide faster connectivity to BIS and its customers across their network.

Geo implemented a diverse triangulated fibre route connecting Telehouse North, Global Switch and BIS' new data centre in Greenwich; thereby connecting the latter into BIS's own core 10 Gig MPLS backbone. The connection will ensure that BIS customers have access to all BIS data centres and will provide customers with individual data centre to data centre connectivity and replication services.
