Guelph, ON April 29, 2008 -- GoingCellular.com, a website reporting on the mobile industry owned by website publisher MFE Interactive, announced today that it has begun airing a weekly webcast called the Mobile Week in Review.

Going Cellular is a wireless themed website that features reviews on cell phone carriers, as well as news and information related to them. "Most other cell related websites tend to focus on the devices themselves and not the actual carriers," stated Stuart Wood, a Marketing Specialist with the GoingCellular.com website. "We wanted the focus at GoingCellular.com to be the opposite and put the attention on the carriers and getting the most out of your cell phone service instead."

Featuring both editorial and consumer reviews on all of the major U.S. cell phone carriers, as well as daily news coverage of the cellular industry, the staff behind the site wanted a way to do a weekly roundup of the news for the week and a weekly webcast seemed like the perfect solution.

The Mobile Week in Review webcast, posted every Friday afternoon and hosted on the GoingCellular.com YouTube channel, gives you a three minute wrap up of the week's news. GoingCellular.com not only wants people to watch the show from their own site, but they're hoping other mobile industry bloggers will embed the show on their sites as well. "We see this as something the entire industry can use to help keep their readers abreast of carrier specific news each week," stated Wood.

Established in 2008, GoingCellular.com offers in-depth review information on the major U.S. cell phone service providers and features user-contributed reviews on those same providers. In addition, the site provides daily coverage on the mobile industry with special attention to the carriers and service providers and is the home to the Mobile Week in Review webcast.
