Westlake Village, CA June 20, 2008 -- Music gear retailer Guitar Center invites the public to attend the http://gc.guitarcenter .com/sessions/apple-logic/poster.cfm [Apple Logic Sessions, an educational seminar designed for anyone who creates, performs, or produces music--including guitar players, keyboardists, drummers, singers, film and TV composers, audio engineers, and songwriters. Attendees will learn how to write, record, edit, and mix music using Apple's music software and sound library package, Apple Logic Studio. Apple Product Representatives and Clinicians will focus on the new features of Apple Logic Studio and will conduct the two classes. The June 24 event will take place at the Guitar Center store in Northridge, California, at 6 p.m. The July 8 event will take place in the Manhattan, New York, store at 6 p.m. Both sessions are free; however, capacity is limited.

Instructors will show how Logic Studio's included software, Apple Logic Pro 8, simplifies music production. Guitar Center offers the latest Apple Logic Pro 8 Music Software Update for users upgrading from Logic Pro Platinum/Gold 5 and 6 software. The Apple Logic Studio Tour will also cover integration with Apogee and Euphonix products such as the new Euphonix MC Mix, also available at Guitar Center stores, Apogee Symphony, or Apogee Duet, which is available online as a standalone unit or with the Apogee Duet Recording Package.
