The new Access Control feature allows HulloMail users to block all call-in access to voicemails so messages are only retrieved from within the HulloMail app and email. Additionally, users may opt to receive a notification if an attempt is made to access their private voicemail providing a complete audit trail and additional peace of mind regarding the privacy of their voice messages. Users also have the option to switch-off online access to messages via their My HulloMail portal.
