Portland, Ore. June 20, 2008 -- Instantiations, Inc., a leading provider of software quality and productivity solutions for the Eclipse platform, announced today that it has been selected by The Business Journal of Portland as one of Oregon's 2008 Fastest Growing Private Companies.
Candidates for the list were chosen on total revenue growth over the past three years, from 2005 to 2008. Instantiations ranked #71 with 60% revenue growth. This is the third year in a row that the company has made the Top 100 list.
The Business Journal's Private 100 is an annual competition. This year's winners were announced at an evening awards reception held at the Portland Art Museum on June 19, 2008. The complete list of winners and their rankings can be found in the issue published on June 20, 2008.
Instantiations also achieved recognition in the "Tools" category on the 2008 SD Times 100 list. SD Times editors acknowledge innovative companies worldwide that most influence and 'set the agenda' for software development and the industry through leadership and innovation during the past year. The Top Tools are introduced to be "bits and pieces of the daily grind that coders can't live without." This is Instantiations second year to make the list, and the sixth year SD Times, a trade magazine for the software development industry, has produced the Top 100 list.
