Rinaldi’s educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Personal Counseling from Troy University and his Bachelors Degree in Psychology from The Catholic University of America. Prior to entering the staffing industry in the early 80’s, Rinaldi was an Aircraft Commander in the USAF.
