Orlando, FL (PRWEB) June 2, 2008 Knowledge Infusion, the recognized consulting authority on human resources, talent management, and emerging technology solutions, continues to provide knowledge and expertise to the HR technology community at the annual IHRIM Conference this week with two innovative sessions and a joint survey focused on maximizing Digital HR technologies.

The sessions include:

New Technology Requirements for HR Organizations: Monday, June 2 at 11:00 am ET

During this session Jason Averbook will feature examples of how HR must be prepared to embrace and tie together new Web 2.0 technologies such as blogs, wikis, and social networking with traditional workforce-facing applications to continue to innovate, provide better service, and attract today's technology savvy workforce.

Turner Broadcasting: Making News with Global Roll-out of Workforce Portal: Tuesday, June 3 at 8:15 am ET.

During this session Knowledge Infusion will join customer Turner Broadcasting, a Time Warner company, to feature best practices and an overview on how Turner approached a global roll-out of a role-based portal to improve employee communication and services.

As the need for education and insight continues to grow, the 2008 IHRIM and Knowledge Infusion survey will focus on emerging and digital technologies. Launching at the end of June, the survey will further engage IHRIM members and the industry on future plans and challenges around Digital HR.

"Knowledge Infusion continues to invest in IHRIM to help organizations of all sizes around the world better understand how HR and HR technology can be used as strategic levers," said Jason Averbook, CEO of Knowledge Infusion. "Being strategic involves innovation, which is in the Knowledge Infusion DNA. Our goal at the conference, and with our upcoming joint survey, is to help organizations better understand how HR can drive innovation through the combined use of portals, intranets, direct access, and new Web 2.0 technologies."
