Tel-Aviv, IL (PRWEB) August 18, 2008 -- MeeMix (www.meemix.com) launched today a new personalized music video channel application - MeeVideo. Application users may choose their favorite artist and get their own personalized music video channel. A music video channel akin to having ones personalized MTV channel is thus inherently created and automatically plays music videos the user is sure to love according to their distinct taste in music. The unique MeeMix taste prediction algorithm analyzes song parameters, member profile and behavior traits to determine each user's personalized play-list as they watch and listen.

"The amount of work a user must invest in order to find favorable videos in YouTube or other video applications is overwhelming," said CEO Gilad Shlang. "We provide a truly exceptional service and entertainment experience by eliminating the hassle of searching and sorting for music videos."

Application users can view an unlimited amount of videos. They may block, skip or add music videos to their "favorites". Enhanced social networking features allow application users to share their favorite videos with friends as well as view their friend's favorite videos. Based on a friend-discovery feature, users are given the opportunity to befriend people who share their same taste in music. The application will be available in Facebook, Hi5, Bebo, and soon Orkut and MySpace.

"MeeVideo provides a personalized discovery tool that enables us to introduce each user to new videos and artists they will most probably like as well as the videos they'd love to see. We aim at getting the right videos to the right people."
