Prior to joining OnCard, Mr. Pike was the EVP of Client Services at Be Free, a prominent provider of performance-based marketing technology and services, which merged with ValueClick (NASDAQ: VCLK) in 2002. At Be Free, Steve developed and delivered affiliate marketing solutions to the world's largest retailers and publishers, driving over $50 million in revenues. Prior to Be Free, he was VP of Professional Services at Internet Commerce Services and Director of Technical Services for Openmarket.

Jonathan Treiber, co-founder and former CEO of OnCard, will step aside and assume the position of Executive Vice President of Business Development, reporting to Mr. Pike and the Board of Directors. Mr. Treiber will continue to be responsible for all sales & marketing efforts and development of new channel partnerships.

Mr. Treiber was successful at securing capital, growing revenues with marquise advertising clients, recruiting key employees and negotiating several cornerstone partnerships. Mr. Treiber recruited Mr. Pike to establish OnCard as a world-class marketing and technology company.
