18 March 2009 Grants Lettings, part of the Leaders group, are pleased to announce that they will be hosting an open evening for landlords and all those considering becoming landlords, offering advice and information on all aspects of residential letting.
Says Grants branch manager, Paul Kingham: "There is a lot going on at the moment in the lettings industry and the wider economy that is having an effect on landlords and the lettings market here in High Wycombe. As the leading letting specialist in the area, we would like to make landlords fully aware of what is happening in the market, changes in legislation and other events that will have an impact on them. Our open evening will be a relaxed and informal opportunity to do this."
