User Experience Driven Agile Development", addresses some of the most common mistakes in software development and highlights proven strategies to drive enhancements, lower development costs and accelerate time to market.

His session will cover how to leverage user experience design, create realistic time frames, meet deadlines, and incorporate constant feedback and improvements. These techniques are based on Pathfinder's unique development methodology and are applicable at any stage in the development cycle.
