Santa Barbara, CA June 12, 2008 -- Powercom today announced the offering of a training course designed to allow Conference Service Providers to self-maintain their Spectel (now- Avaya) S700 and S780 series audio conference bridges. The training course includes instruction on how to create a duplicate disk drive which replaces the least reliable component of the Spectel bridge, how to load software and make configuration changes. Training can be performed onsite and after-hours if required.
Along with large cost savings by self-maintaining Spectel bridges, the effective lifetime of these popular bridges is greatly enhanced. For more information, please visit http://www.powercom.com/contact.html.
