OpenFusion TAO is a mature, feature rich, high performance C++ ORB. OpenFusion TAO v1.6 complies with the CORBA 3 standard and implements many advanced features such as Portable Interceptors (PI), Objects By Value (OBV) and CORBA Messaging, including Asynchronous Method Invocation (AMI). In order to support efficient, predictable, and scalable quality of service (QoS) end-to-end OpenFusion TAO provides an implementation of the Real-time CORBA specification.
