6th November 6, 2008: ProperPlus has launched the UKs first online people and property matching application to bring together tenants and landlords, as well as buyers and sellers, in a faster, more cost-effective way than ever before. The companys unique matching engine could spell the end of costly advertising for landlords and should dramatically reduce the time it takes to rent a property.
The website allows home-hunters to create a highly personalised Tenant Profile with detailed property criteria, which can be uploaded to the ProperPlus website free of charge. Landlords and estate agents create their own profiles, uploading their properties, with full details and photographs.
The ProperPlus matching engine then goes to work. Tenant/buyer criteria is matched with that of the letting agent/seller and both parties are notified in the event of a suitable match. The result is a fast, accurate and effective way of negotiating the property market. Quite simply, ProperPlus eliminates the tedious groundwork normally required when searching for suitable properties, or tenants.
Registering and uploading profiles to the ProperPlus database is free. The only cost incurred for using the service is a nominal charge for a Properkey, which is used to access the contact details of another ProperPlus member.
All in all, the ProperPlus tool is an effective, low cost answer for landlords, estate agents and tenants alike.
