Technology Exchange and Software Development Agreement to Develop Advanced Solutions that Make it Easier for PeopleSoft Enterprise Customers to Meet Compliance Obligations
London, April 19, 2010 An agreement to jointly develop new compliance solutions for the PeopleSoft market was announced today by Q Software Global Ltd, the leading provider of security, risk management and compliance solutions for JD Edwards customers, and Smart ERP Solutions, Inc., a Pleasanton, California-based company comprised of former PeopleSoft Architects, Analysts, and Developers.
Under this arrangement: - Q Software is announcing SEC-Qure Config for PeopleSoft, a security management solution that will enhance the standard security provided with the PeopleSoft Enterprise ERP application
- Both Q Software and SmartERP will bring to market Segregation of Duties management and reporting solutions for PeopleSoft
- Both Q Software and SmartERP will offer a data feed into the Q Software SEC-Qure erpAudit product, a powerful multi-ERP security analysis and auditing software solution for use by internal auditors, external auditors and department managers.
