BOSTON, MA Revosys Inc. has announced the implementation of a the worlds first Interactive Touch Taxi V5 Tablet for In-Can Digital Advertising Taxi Media featuring embedded Taxi Cab Payment Processing and Taxi Digital Video Recording for Taxis, Livery, Bus, and Airport shuttles.
The Revosys V5 Taxi Interactive In-Cab media system offers full Smart Card and Credit Card In-Taxi payment processing right from the taxi tablet terminal. The In Taxi Advertising and Payment Processing Terminal is an all-in-one system so there is no need for an external pin pad or additional credit card terminals, like in traditional taxi credit card payment systems.
The Taxi Interactive Advertising and Media tablet utilizes a PCI Secure 10 Inch Touch Screen for PIN DEBIT entry. The Revosys V5 Interactive Taxi Media Tablet can process Smart Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), Magnetic Stripe swipe cards (TDES Secure), and Contactless payments as well as NFC for Contactless Cards and NFC Cell Phones equipped with mobile Contactless Payment capability.
The Revosys V5 Taxi Interactive In-Cab terminal provides peace-of-mind with its latest Digital Video Recording (Taxi CCTV) feature. This integrated CCTV surveillance system records a live video stream from 2 cameras in the taxi cab, or bus. The Revosys Digital Video Recording Security Surveillance all-in-one system is designed as a crime-prevention tool, but in the event that a crime does occur inside the taxi, the video proof is recorded. At that time the administrator or Local Police Authority can access the taxis video stream from anywhere in the world via CDMA, 3G or 4G LTE wireless network.
