SaaS.com (www.SaaS.com), a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) with a major push in Workforce Management Solutions, will be representing its peers in the software industry, as CEO Bill Loss plays an active role in the Software & Information Industry Association's (SIIA) third annual OnDemand Steering Committee (www.siia.net/ondemand/2008). Also a member of the SIIA Software Division Board since April of 2007, this is Loss' first year participating in the Steering Committee for the event, taking place November 17-19 in San Jose, CA.

As part of his involvement, Loss will be moderating a panel session entitled, "Service Integrity: Beyond the SLA." The session will cover pre-sales tactics that help ensure both an organization and its clients are off to a good start to identifying the necessary business metrics used to effectively monitor customer usage. A panel will discuss best practices on how to leverage existing resources, both people and technology, to automate more of the business functions necessary for sustainable and steady growth.

According to SIIA, "OnDemand is the industry's only comprehensive conference for enabling and delivering SaaS. The complete SaaS ecosystem is invited to participate, including independent software vendors (ISVs), platform vendors, systems integrators, venture capitalists and other bankers, analysts, press and other influencers." This is the organization's third year running the event, and SaaS.com's second year participating.

SaaS.com will also be contributing to the event as the Welcome Reception Sponsor, which will provide added visibility and contribute to the organization's position as a thought leader within the SaaS space.
