A recent, typical example saw International Sales Manager Peter Koller travel out to Singapore to provide Mun Siong Engineering with comprehensive, hands-on practical training, with the assistance of K.C. Sim of ERIKS Pte Ltd, Singapore. Mun Siong is an integrated engineering and maintenance service provider, with an excellent reputation within the petrochemical market.
Mun Siong had recently placed a large order with Tentec via their distributor in Singapore, ERIKS Pte Ltd and as part of this order, we agreed to carry out Operator Certification Training. explains Peter. Not only did we show the engineers how to safely and efficiently operate our bolt tensioning equipment but each operator was individually assessed to be fully competent before they were issued with their certificate.
The training, for 22 personnel, comprised a 2 hour theory presentation, followed by small group practical sessions, followed by the assessment.
