When Pace first came on board at Rock Valley, the school was running Sophos Anti-Virus software to protect their large network. The software seemed at first to be providing adequate protection, but Pace soon began to experience problems with the company's customer service, which caused him to question the value Rock Valley was getting for the significant amount of money they were paying for the solution.
