Phoenix, AZ August 28, 2008 -- A Phoenix, AZ CEO has placed his unborn baby up for bets. You read that correctly, a baby is on the books in a manner of speaking. You won't find the lines in a Vegas Sports Book, or even at an Indian Casino on the Reservation, but on a sleepy street in the Village of Ahwatukee in the Phoenix metro area.

President and CEO Scott Hardy had the novel idea to create a betting pool to help the Arizona Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis society, while also driving traffic to his site TopClassActions.com and giving the lucky winner a chunk of cash at the same time. Interested participants donate $5 to the pool, 51% goes to the Arizona Chapter of the National MS Society and 49% goes into the pool for the winner. TopClassActions.com isn't keeping a penny, and is even subsidizing the percentage taken by PayPal to keep the pool even.

Speaking with Scott we asked him how it was going so far. Scott stated "getting the word out has been the hardest part, but traffic has increased by more then 100% compared to July. In addition, we've received coverage by local news agencies and the official approval of the Arizona Chapter of the National MS Society, so we're happy."

The baby is officially due on September 4th, 2008 so guesses are allowed to be submitted for dates through September 12th. Scott mentioned that they will induce labor if she's more than a week late.
