Today more and more women are taking legal action against the manufacture of the birth control pill marketed as Yaz. The reason is that the pill has manifested a lot worse side effects than those that are indicated on the label and that the users of the pill have ended up with bodily harm. Some claims also suggest that patients with other medical conditions who used the pill ended up aggravating their conditions. All these complaints present potential lawsuits for Yaz Lawyers.
First of all, lawyers can use as legal ground the fact that the company ignored or violated the Federal Drug Agency (FDA) requirement that a drug manufacturer has to research adequately on the side effects of a drug before following up licensing to market the product. In some cases, some women who had other medical conditions notably diabetes and hypertension worsened their conditions through use of Yaz. Lawyers can use this as a strong claim against the manufacturer especially if medical evidence is available to prove. The case can be a lot stronger in the case where a patients condition worsened to fatality or to death, as has been reported severally.
All in all, Yaz lawyers have a lot of leeway in crafting legal and workable lawsuits for their clients against the manufacturer of Yaz.
