rackAID's Scan & Fix service is targeted to merchants who just require one-time or periodic assistance with their audits. After signing up with ControlScan, clients can request rackAID's assistance only when needed. rackAID will then fix the security issues as a case-based support service.

With these new services, rackAID clients can produce PCI compliance reports and obtain certification seals through the ControlScan security portal. Research shows that web sites displaying certification seals typically see a significant increase in online sales and a decrease in shopping cart abandonment.
